[TechAssist] Emachines 17F monitor (chassis C718) burnt R736: value?

I got a fax from a tech in Puerto Rico who "monitors" our forum. He has
the above monitor with a "fried" R736 resistor. I could find nothing in
my archives on this.
Anyone know the value of the part, or why it would burn?
