Hi Kevin, Found many bad caps on the PIP board, smelly fishy caps literally
leaking all over the place. Crappy old Ruban caps. Customer rarely used
PIP - bypass was the pratical solution. 3.3 or 4.7uf capacitor from pin 5 to
11 on the connector closest to the back of the TV. Done!
