[TechAssist] Dick Smith ESR meter TIP

This meter I turned on in the morning and it had a problem. All the led's
would light and the probes wouldn't do anything. It shut off manually and
after 2 min. like it should. Probed all the troubleshooting on the thing and
E-mailed Bob Parker. Well I disconnected the battery yesterday and last
night I connected it again to fool with it and it works. I think it might
have reset itself. Just something to think about if yours acts up.
