[TechAssist] Delco Radio 16163906-will not take cd

Hello All,
We took in this Delco car radio/cassette/cd unit for one of our
good customers, but we don't do much car audio, anyone have tips on this model
(16163906) , it works fine, just will not take a cd. Thanks
