Ed The delay line in this set was damaged by beer spilled in it. The delay line has an open in it now. I can jump the open and the picture is good. The question I have is this. There are three delay lines in this set they are all different nanosecond values. Doesn't this matter as to the amount of delay time? I have experimented using different caps to jump with and a .68mfd seems to work the best but there seems to be something breaking down after a while. I am afraid of over stessing something else and creating more problems. Paul Ed Gaidies <teltek3@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Paul.. I don' think there is much difference between one Delay Line over another. Especially if you use a scrapped one from a Mits, about the same vintage. Physical size restrictions would be the only problem. I won't ask why you would want to change it, unless it was damaged. Just meant to delay video from chroma...check your scrap pile. -Ed- On Jun 29, 2005, at 7:18 PM, Paul wrote: > Is there such a thing as after market dealy lines?
