[TechAssist] Daytek monitor DT-95P, need specs for HOT no. J6916

I have a Daytek 19" monitor, model DT-95P which has a shorted HOT. The
number stamped on the transistor is:
J6916. It is location Q405 on the circuit board. Stamped near the edge
of the board is: "model 9*946". This monitor was made Aug 2002.
Does anyone have info on this transistor, or what I could install
instead even if just for testing.
