Are you sure of that model number?

Open Cap, C404 (1Uf 160V), Shorted Transistor, Q803(Ksc2500), Defective
Transistors, Q805(Ktc3203), Q804(Kse13009), Q402 (2sd1880), Open Resistor,
R818 (0.33 Ohm 1 W)
