[TechAssist] Daewoo DTQ-13V1FC need part id on RC15

We fixed a crack in the pc board and tv works but there are markings for a
missing "RC15" surface mount resistor next to the crack (at pin 4 of
LA76845). Might never have been there or may have popped off.
Anyone have a schematic showing whether it should be there and what the
value is?
