[TechAssist] Citizen JCTV3091, TV/VCR turns off after 5 seconds.

When the set is plugged in, the TV comes on and the VCR loading motor
starts spinning, even though there is no tape in the VCR, and then the
set shuts down after about 5 seconds. I cleaned the mode switch with no
difference. Does this sound like a problem with the tape sensors?
