Remove the CRT PCB, if it starts up, bad CRT.

Hi- I got this 27" set made in 2002. It clicks only and every time it clicks
I see a bright pink light
in the CRT neck. I've never seen a two year old RCA with a bad CRT, not yet
anyway. The TV never comes
on, probably goes into shutdown. Has anyone seen this before ? Thanks.
