[TechAssist] CTC197CE2 need part# for flyback

Hi need the part# or the model# as I didnt bring in the case only the
chassis.I think I need a flyback as the hot is good power supply has 140
volts with the light bulb on.Clicks 3 times then stops,,Thanks Eric
