[TechAssist] CTC195 - Channel Search

Hi All. I have a call on a pro-jo quite a distance from me that I have to
make shortly and the customer complaint is that the channels won't stop
searching. I had him unplug the set for 5 minutes to reset the EEPROM but he
states
that it still does it. This is a CTC195. Any idea's?
