Pin 1 of the regulator should measure -40V and pin 2 should read +40 if the
regulator is working.. Measurements are from (-) on B+ Cap... If voltage is
not correct it could be the regulator or problem in H sweep... I have found
a bad regulators will not always blow the fuse..
