[TechAssist] CTC176F2 problems

Have RCA Model # F20352SF, CTC176F2. Set came in dead. Replaced capacitor
C4105,10MFD/200v. Set came on when plugged in. Can not turn set off. No
sound,no picture. Raster dark. Has high voltage,27kv. draws 1.5
amps. When set is on B+ voltage drops down to 114 volts. Should be 140
volts. the 140 volts feeds HOT thru flyback. Consequently all scan
derived voltages off of flyback are low. Disconnect HOT then voltage off
secondary of SMPS is 144 volts. Any help here??TIA
