Check C4511, I have a note that says slight ticking check that. Also the
resistance on the secondary outputs should measure more than 100K and the
15Vshould be more than 4K.

caps [4] in power supply primary, chopper transistor , chopper IC, D4122
zener, D4101, D4118.
