Need a little help here - - Set came in with Q4401(2SD1885) shorted. Removed, stand-by b+ was 169v. Ckd C4102(2.2/100v); C4108(39/100v) both high esr, replaced, brought stand-by b+ down to 139v. Replaced Q4401(2SD1885), temp increased to 140 f(in 15 min). Q4401 shorted at turn off. Changed C4402(.056/400v) & C4311(4.7/50v). Replaced Q4401(2SD1885) again, temp still increased to 140 degrees F, but more slowly(45 min). Did not short at turn off. Question - - is this temperature too high for continued reliability??
