[TechAssist] Barco projector: need service info

Customer called and said he inherited a  Barco projector model#  R9000900 
chassie# 56 ( I hope these are valid numbers as I had the customer read them 
from the back of unit) and installed it but cannot get good pix. Does anyone 
have the setup distance from the wall to projector and is there any special 
service menu to enter for convergence before I go there on Wednesday.
