[TechAssist] Audiovox tv AVT-1475 narrow pix

This dc powered tv Audiovox AVT-1475 had a narrow pix
and no sync. Found resistor RH04 was burnt. 220
resistor made no difference. 1 ohm seemed to work but
after a while pix starts to nattow slighlty and unit
smells like something overheating. Guessed at value
have no print.Anyone know the value or have seen
trouble before?
