Gary,

They might be from the looks. Place them back side down on a flat surface,
see if they lay perfectly flat and that they are not bent or bowed, if they
are you can bet they're counterfeit. They will not make proper thermal
contact. Check this website from a previous post by Doug.

As for the NTE 36, 37 They do cross over, assuming they met the listed data
sheet specifications they should be ok.
