[TechAssist] Re: APEX parts needed

I tried to get Apex part. They told me that they did not supply parts or
service literature on the 19 inch set that I was working on. They suggested
that the set be sent back to them for around 120.00 and that they world fix.
I e-mailed them for help but never got response.
