[TechAssist] APEX AD5131 - DVD no Audio

Does anyone have any info on APEX DVDs?
I have a APEX AD 5131, the 3 carousel DVD player with NO AUDIO.
I have checked everything on the audio board and found nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.
