[TechAssist] 9-1674, hv shuts down at high brightness

Don't have model #,box only.Replaced 95-4134-15 flyback H/O and crx 3412
resolder daughter board interconnect.HV bleeder 4f reads 49.8K.
Turn it on get pix and sound B+ to H/O reads 114.8 steady, pix was smeared
so I replaced the 120K resisters on all three crt pcbs HV shuts down on
bright scenes or if bright and pix are half way on cust adj, set will run at
low brightness ok pix looks fine.
The flyback is a replacement the diode and H/O are OEM any clue or
troubleshooting procedure for this?TIA
