[TechAssist] 2nd request Zenith tvvcr SMV1941S-A no power

This zenith tvvcr is a 2001 model. It has no power in
tv or vcr mode. Even if you load mech slightly by
hand and apply power it still does nothing. Not even
a click when you hit power switch. 6 volt reg
changed. not very familiar with the newer symphonic
types especially with power troubles. Most troubles
seen are vcr mechanical. Any help appreciated.
