[TechAssist] (2nd Try) Pioneer PTV SD-P5065K, Red Convergence Problem and Question

I have this Pioneer model SD-P5065K projection TV I am working on. The Red
convergence will not align. I found some poor solder connections on the
Convergence output IC, STK4277SL, and a resistor that had looks like it got
too hot, R559. The resistor measured 3.9 ohms. I resoldered the
connections, resoldered the resistor where the board had started to turn
dark. No change in problem.
I assume that the STK4277SL is defective, but does anybody know what value
R559 should be? Are there any other parts I need to check?
