[TechAssist] 1988 Fisher Goes Dark w/ Horiz Problems

1988 27" TV
The screen intermittently goes dark and the sides close in.
With a loud screeching sound and what looks like horiz off
freq.
I soldered the main board (many cracked connections, especially
at resistors). Don't have a schematic for this one.
Anyone know of a cap that has caused this symptom on this model?
