Heather has four pieces of chain.
Each piece is made up of three links.
She wants to join the pieces into a single closed loop of chain to create a
necklace.
Opening a link costs 2 cents and closing a link costs 3 cents.
She only has 15 cents.

*Sunbathing*
Marc, Rocky, Cindy and Rachel are sunbathing on the beach in Siesta Key.
The temperature is 31, 34, 36 and 38 degrees Celsius.
In order to avoid sunburn and dehydration, they shade themselves with
either a palm tree, a hat, a parasol or a newspaper.
They drink water, orange juice, wine or ice tea.
Hints :
Rachel wears a hat but does not drink ice tea.
Cindy drinks wine but not when it is 36 degrees Celsius
Marc did not protect himself under a palm tree or with a hat when the
temperature was below 36c.
No male had protection at 34c although he did not drink water.
The man who drank ice tea shaded himself with a newspaper.
