[team33] Read Experience report at repository

Hi guys,
The experience-report is improving, the only part missing is chapter 2 which
I have tasked Martin to do, I expect to get it soon. I have added the report
to the repository (both as PDF and Word-file), so please give it a read and
come with some feedback.
The file(s) name is "Experience_report.doc(/pdf)")
