This is the day and time frame that our rookies were going to showcase the bots
that we are building during the rookie build. What do you think about taking
our rookie bots there instead of having a family friend open house at our shop?
Could we run our rookie competition at their event?

What are your thoughts?

Thanks,

Chris

this?

Thanks,
Adam

Adam,

My name is Sarah Griffin. I'm president of Phi Theta Kappa, the honors society
of Rock Valley College. Phi Theta Kappa is putting on a festival, “Rock the
Community,” on November 17th from 2-5pm, as a part of a project we are working
on. Its purpose is to feature a diverse volunteer organization exposition to
try and get more students involved in the community, as well as showcase
student engagement and scholarship. Students will be showing off their work,
and RVC clubs will be involved. We want to inspire other RVC students,
community members, and area high school students to see the importance of
learning in and out of the classroom.

Highlighting the organization exposition, I want to formally invite First
Robotics of Rockford to have a booth at this festival, advertising your club to
students and to the community. Please consider this offer, and let me know if
you are interested! My cell phone number is 815.298.4889 if you have any
questions. Thanks!
