[team2039] Hamachi network for programming

You can use this network to connect to the build site, then it is as simple
as using the ip address in the 10.20.39 range to connect to the stuff at
robotics, theoretically you could deploy code from home.

I have to accept you once you add yourself to the network, if possible
be sure to email me if you have a strange computer name, but if you
show up as a name like your name or one that I already know I will add
you.
Keep in mind that for now this is only useful to the programmers, but
it will soon be usefull to the whole team if you want to access files
at the build site.
