Mentors, Parents and Students of Rockford Robotics
I mentioned this SAE meeting (tour) was happening next Monday and some of you
expressed interest in going on the tour and to see what was going on next door
to our build site.
Amanda Rhoades (Christian Life High School) will be going and so will I(Matt
Rhoades - Woodward). Students are $6 and the pizza dinner is included in the
cost of ticket. Mentors would be $10.
I need to know whether you're going by tomorrow morning along with your high
school so I can submit the list by Noon. The money can be paid on Monday
directly to the Society of Automotive Engineers treasurer.

Matt,
We would welcome the Robotics students for the SAE tour of BE Aerospace. I
will need to know their full names and company affiliation (their High School
name would suffice) so I can submit a list of who will be attending. If you
could provide this to me via e-mail by noon Friday (tomorrow) that would be
fine. The charge for students is $6 per person.
Please let me know the names by tomorrow noon. Thank you.
