[TCUG] Re: Vanalism

Apparently there have been problems (in Cleveland area) with red signal hea=
ds
in the past which were rectified, i believe, by replacing or adjusting a wa=
sher
on the mounting bracket, but in Newcastle we have majority blue and no real
problems.
