Most of you will probably have received, or will shortly receive, an
invitation to take part in the creation of the UTMC Development Group which
will take place on 6th February. This invitation is to elect the Management
Group and discuss the role and functions of the UDG. If any of you do not
receive this directly from the UTMC Secretariat and are interested please
contact me and I will send a copy to you.
