In Hertfordshire we are looking to increase the number of out-stations using GSM comms. We intend to use data enabled, pay as you go SIM cards and limit the dial backs to major failures only with the rest of faults being picked up when we do our over-night dial out. The only problem that I can see with this is how will I know when the credit on the card is getting low or has run out. How do other users overcome this problem.
