I'm signed up as a vendor for October Skies. I'm dba Vander-Burn. I'm just
selling my Estes Pro Series II clone kits. Nose cones, tubes, 29mm motor
retainers, transitions, and parachutes are all Estes PSII. I precision
laser cut the wood parts. Kits are complete with rail buttons and launch
lugs, parachutes, motor retainers, shock cord upgraded to Kevlar, etc.
Everything is included except for glue, paint, and graphics.
I currently have the following kits ready:
9x Mega Der Red Max: $90. 4" diameter.
38mm mmt. Option for 29mm motor but not recommended. Optional nose cone
electronics mount for $12. Free avbay sleds for life (pay for shipping).
5x Leviathan: $55. 29mm mmt. 3" diameter.
These are all 29mm and include a free ejection baffle for October Skies.
2x Argent: $55. 2.5" diameter reducing to 2".
2x Panavia: $50. 2.5" diameter, 2 tubes.
2x Partizon: $55. 2.5" diameter, 3 tubes.
2x Sahara: $55. 2.5" diameter reducing to 2". Slightly shorter than the
Argent with different fins.
2x Ventris: $55. 2" diameter increasing to 2.5" payload.
I will be at October Skies for all three days. I would like to fly as much
as possible so I'll be around if you want to buy a kit but I won't have a
booth at the vendor area. I'll be flying my first K motor so I'm very
excited about that.
I would prefer to pre-sell these and set them aside for anyone who
purchases them. The MDRM's go pretty fast. I've sold about 20 of these kits
so far. There are some build logs on TRF.
I can take payment by Paypal, Venmo, and cash at October Skies. Let me know
