Here’s a breakdown of where our club was, is now following DA 2017 and where I
can predict we will be once bills and sponsor’s checks are cashed.
We somehow collected a wopping $3340 (includes $500 in sponsor’s checks) at DA
2017! There should be an additional $400 in sponsor checks in the near future.
There’s probably $200 in shirts ordered that need to be paid for/picked up.
Our prior bank account stood at $9233. Add the new $$$ and we could be at
nearly $13000.
There are some big bills outstanding. I haven’t seen the T-shirt bill or paid
the toilet rentals, so figure we’re worth around $12000.

With LDRS being hosted by our club, I am hopeful we can really surge ahead. We
need a new trailer after 17 years. I keep an eye out for the 14’ double
axle...... Maybe we keep the old trailer along with the new one until after
LDRS? Then sell it.
