It’s 55 mph on all Fresno County Roads. Except the Freeways and I-5 I
travel Manning everyday in the area Michaels talking about. Hotspots are
Manning west of the 145 To The Slough. Then 3 miles west of Tranquillity to
the 33. And in between 33 and 5.
I see Sherrif’s and CHP everyday just parked and waiting
