Hey Folks,
Finished up some accounting with Steve, Richard and Aaron and we have some
great news - among other things
LDRS & TCC Improvements (2017 through LDRS)
0) We got our new trailer and now we're setup to get rid of some old gear -
and have even more new gear - I'm 6'3 and I can almost fully stand up in
it!
1) we made about $4.5K in profit (we still have a few floating expenses)
but overall we did very well, better than we did in DA 2016!
2) we are all now officially wireless - setup and teardown with Wilson-FX
and QuadPads is super sweet and easy, Estes simple too!
3) All of the rails *and* igniter leads are still new!
4) We have new Pad signs, very light and new numbering scheme - I'll update
the wiring diagram on the website
5) We have FM broadcast!
We'll investigate getting a Tow Vehicle and new PA this year but things are
looking really up for the club, during LDRS we had over 1300 hits on
Thursday
and I still have pictures coming in from folks!! Wow! I will post the new
folder and send a website update for everyone who registered online. More
on that
this weekend.
Summer Launches
So first day of summer hit us and it's like wow - Rocstock and then
Blackrock launches are here ...
ROC's ROCstock is June 8-10 (next weekend) - Lucerne Dry Lake
AEROPac Mudroc is June 14-17th (following weekend) - Blackrock Nevada
So lets cancel June launch since we're all still recovering from LDRS and
two major
events already to hold you over. Hell, I'm still unpacking from LDRS ...
I'll update the website this weekend.
Finally, thank you everyone for the great support - I'll post more details
on pictures and a web update, certainly one of the best launches
I've been to and I thank everyone who came and participated - like I said,
you guys rock!
