Hey Folks,

So we had some great test flights on Saturday.

I found and fixed a few antenna problems and assembly issues!

Anyhow, all the telemetry worked great. Below is a summary of all the
flights and
attached a .kmz file for Google Earth as well as two typical AV-Bay
setups (54mm and 4").

Summary Boot Lift-Off (7/21/12) Apogee Touchdown Shutdown
K650SS 11:55:27 AM 12:40:54 PM 12:41:21 PM 12:49:01 PM 1:22:54
PM
L1170B 1:33:24 PM 1:54:40 PM 1:55:09 PM 1:58:32 PM 2:23:03
PM
K650P 3:28:29 PM 3:48:11 PM 3:48:40 PM 3:57:31 PM 4:42:33
PM

Summary Altitude Distance AGL Altitude (AGL)
K650SS 10,612.53 5.32mi 171 10,441.53
L1170B 10,299.21 4.58mi 175.85 10,123.36
K650P 9,634.19 5.01 mi 170.93 9,463.26

Summary Runtime (hh:mm) FlightTime Recovery Time
K650SS 1:27 0:08 0:33
L1170B 0:49 0:03 0:24
K650P 1:14 0:09 0:45

AV-Bay Temperature data:

Average: 135.55°F = 57.5°C (3 flights)
Minimum: 96.35°F = 35.8°C (3 flights)
Maximum: 167.8°F = 75.4°C (3 flights)

Highest temp seen:175.2°F = 79.6°C

Interesting that all the flights landed in just abound the same area so the wind
was about the same from 11:55am to 4:42pm!

Special thanks to Jimmy Franco, Dave Rob, and Jack G for all the support!!!

See you all next month!

-James
