TLDR: DairyAire 2021 (May 14/15/16 2021), and Dairy Aire 2.0 (June 18/19/20)
Hi Folks,
Fresno County is in the Orange Tier, we have received permission to
hold a limited launch for Dairy Aire in May (15,16.17) however, we'll
have to limit the attendance to the first 50 people until the state
opens up on June 15th (at which point we will have Dairy Aire 2.0 and
a normal launch with no limits and like we had before COVID19)

Range Duty/Trailer Hauling
We need some volunteers for Trailer Hauling, and RSO/LCO.

If someone can bring the trailer out, and a different person on Sunday,
that will help out a lot and lighten the load.
T-Shirts
We will have T-Shirts for the June launch. We don't have enough time to
plan this out for this launch
and with limited attendance, it's not viable. That being said, Rod is
working on a new design for June.
Night Flights
- We will not have a Night flight on May 15th (Saturday Night) this year,
but we plan to have Night flights in the June DA series (Dairy Aire 2.0)
on Saturday June 19th, so keep working on your Night flight vehicles).

All COVID19 Precautions for Launch Site
- Wear a mask over your nose and mouth.
- Avoid crowds and stay at least 6 feet/2 meters (about 2 arm lengths)
from anyone who is not traveling with you.
- Wash your hands often or use hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol).
While at the Launch site, follow the general principles listed above, plus
the following:
- Camp and hike with people in your household. Keep at least 6 feet away
from others at the launch site, in lines, and in other areas of the
basecamp.
If you choose to camp or gather with people outside your household,
consider the following:
- Loiter in separate Ez-up areas spaced out by at least 6 feet and
avoid sharing camping supplies (including food and drinks).
- There is no evidence that food or food packaging play a significant
role in spreading the virus, but avoid sharing items such as serving
utensils, multi-serving beverage containers, and condiment bottles
with people outside your household.
Have You Been Fully Vaccinated?
People are considered fully vaccinated:
- 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series (such as the Pfizer
or Moderna vaccines), or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, (such as
Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine)
If you don’t meet these requirements, you are NOT fully vaccinated.
Keep taking all COVID19 Precautions for Launch Site until you are
fully vaccinated.
Frequently asked Questions
- When is DairyAire 2.0?
- Same as every launch we have, third weekend of the month.
NOTE: DairyAire 2.0 will have no limits on attendance and all weekend.
- Can I bring a friend? For DairyAire 2.0, yes.
For DairyAire (May Launch), no, the launch is limited to TRA/NAR fliers
only.
- Will certifications be made available?
- Only by pre-arrangement. For DairyAire 2.0, all certifications may be
performed onsite.
