with the elements hooked up? i just want to make sure. the dude i got it from has wired 3 15 amp fuses to it and to top it off it has like a 6 or a 4 gauge wire on it. i just want to be sure don't need any fires. i will look at the fan and see if it gives a rating.

On the fan should be a label that tells the amps. use a fuse for that load rating. If everything is wired correctly, I would think a 5 amp fuse should hold.
