[tcb] anyway to check out a Bay Window Horn

My horn stopped working on the way up to T@P. I checked the fuse - it's ok.
Pulled off the horn button on the steering whee- = looks good and connected.
Is there a way to pull the horn off the bus and test? I crawled under the bus
and the wires are connected to the horn.
MY next step was to pull the horn off and test with ? Something - just to see
if I can get a chirp out of it. Or is there a way to test with a volt-meter?
