  There are 60' or 60 minutes in 1 degree. This is how the Germans measured 
angles. It's In the Bentley manual as well. If he were aligning the vehicle on 
a machine those are the specs. It appears he is using a measuring tape

    My alignment machine shows total toe of 15' (15 minutes)  Which would be 8' 
of tow in on each side maximum.  I would shoot for 5.
