Correct.  Since your geometry is set up for the swivel feet rockers you should 
go through and put them back in or get longer pushrods.

Go back to swivel feet. 

You need to adjust the whole rocker geometry if you switch to standard
adjusters.

Pull a rocker assembly off and look, there may be a thick washer under
there to adjust it out for the swivel feet so can pull that out and get the
rocker closer. --- But if you do that then you also need to re-measure and
cut new pushrods to proper length for the new rocker setting.
