Last year I risked life and limb driving the fireworks to the big event. My Bus' engine went all kaputt on the way up. Since I was without a Bus I slept on the porch like a dog. Also like a dog I got bit by a tick on my butt and believe it or not after four rounds of antibiotics the bite is still there. While mu Bus waited for me in north Texas, he was egged and ketchuped. On the way back I had to rent a U-Haul truck and trailer to get my Bus from north Texas back to Austin. I spent the next month learning how to rebuild my engine and during the process a less than a week old orphaned kitten was going to be drowned to death in a bucket so I had to intervene and keep the pathetic thing alive which meant nursing it with a tiny bottle for weeks and wiping its little bottom with a warm wet cloth to make sure it would poo.
And even after all of this it was fun enough to take my chances and give it another go at Psycoblooie.
