I think the best way to get there from I 30 in Rockwall would be I 30 to 259,
259 to OK (Broken Bow) and Heavener to Poteau to Ft. Smith, to
Fayetteville/Springdale via interstate then follow Denis' directions.

We'll probably be leaving Dallas at around 5, which screws us having to get
thru rush hour, but anyhoo, that will probably put us at or near your place at
12-1. Can I call you guys if I get in a bind and can't find the place? Also, is
there a way to get there from I30? I live near Rockwall now, so I can avoid 2
hours of hell by going that way, even if it is a few extra miles.

I have a disco ball, but it's only like 3 inches. :(

The final stuff is falling into place. Gravel is down, sod is down, trailer
is moved to it's new home, new power drops at the "pods" are installed.
Painters are finished in the house, electrical and lighting, fans, and the
chandelier will be installed Monday and Tuesday.

We are rip sawing our biggest logs for a fireplace mantle and we are into our
third chainsaw. Mine was way to small, the borrowed one was bigger, but still
to small, so tomorrow we will use a full sized 36" bar Stihl and if that still
won't cut it, well, maybe we don't need a mantle. I could make one out of a bus
bumper, hmmm.

We have decided to finish the floors after the party. The workers promise me
that there is nothing that we can do to the floors that the finishers can't
clean up when they cut and sand. I asked if that included puke and fire damage
and they said that there was no problem with puke, but the fires should be kept
small.

Jan says that she is not going to bring in any furniture, since we will have
to remove it to do the floors, so I guess it's a big dance floor. Anybody got a
disco ball?

Don't forget, if you want to see pics of the house and grounds and pics of
the camper power drops (ooooohh), go to
