In case anyone doesn't know about Novemberfest - this is the info I
received in an email about the happening event.

voting 12-2
dragrace 2-3
prizes at 3
FREE to register - so no excuses!!! bring your VW no matter what
condition you think it's in
FREE swap meet
eclectic categories for both air and water cooled VWs
public judging - everyone can participate
prizes for the winners (and losers) - bring something to add to the prize table
live music and DJ sets all day
"hot off the press" t-shirts only $5 - this means you can have your
clothing screened or buy a blank shirt at the show for another $5
Air Coolers stickers $5
old school dragraces - form a team, compete for glory!
bus painting for the "kids"
toilets to pee in
food and beverages - hot dogs, hot links, sausages and brisket
sandwiches with a drink (water/softdrink) for only $5 - or put your
meat on the grill / picnic
a secret FREE beverage!
saturday night camping at muleshoe park with a group cruise to the
show on sunday
the weather should be great so bring a football, frisbee, hackey sack
or whatever b/c there's a nice big grassy field to run around in. and
if someone wants to bring a TV so i can watch the Saints game and/or
the Colts/Patriots... that would be very nice.
