[tcb] Engine won't start

 I  a problem getting my bus to start and run, it is a 1976 2,0 liter been 
sitting about 10 years, if I spray starting fluid in the plenum it will start 
other wise nothing can anyone help. if so give me a call @ 254 368 6532  thanks
