[tcb] Chuck gets to see the new bus today

Chuck and Sue are coming this afternoon and he will get to see the new bus for
the first time.
We have struck a deal on a purchase price plus all the fireworks for
Psycoblooie. So, I think that we should keep the bus here and after the
fireworks have all gone off, we can vote whether he has fullfilled his
boom/bang obligation. That way he can't take the bus and give us a bunch of
firecrackers and sparklers. We will vote on if he has earned his place in Bus
ownership.
We don't let just anybody in.
