I got to thinking about your brake lite issue last night. Here's what I'd do 
first, check the ground wires on the taillight housing , then clean the bulb 
contacts and the contacts in the bulb holders, maybe that'll do it.
Also, could be a bad or failing brake light switch(s) down on the master 
cylinder.
Great opportunity to change those out and bleed your brakes! See, I'm always 
thinking of more ways for you to work on Donner.
