Neil, I hated Lunesta, it has a horrible wierd taste that tastes like it's coming from behind your tongue, I think it is made from Valerian, which also has a terrible smell and taste, but only lasts for a little while and is natural.. Go to Whole Foods and buy the biggest dose in capsule you can find, 500 to 1000 whatevers. Take two to four, It can't really hurt you.
